Have you ever seen a boring welcome message on the windows whenever you just start the pc and message will appear “welcome” guy’s seriously wtf I’m just tired from this welcome message so I’m just changing in some creative and attractive welcome message something like...
Welcome..... sir.. or any cool message. During the boot process, If you also want any customized text will be appear during the windows will be boot then this article will be right for you.

Requirements:  

 

Steps:

  1. Download described tools from the given links.
  2. Find the file “winlogon exe.mui”
  3. From this location “C:\Windows\System32\en-US”
  4. Or just simply download modified mui file and just copy paste
  5. and also download edited wininit.exe.mui and just paste same above location this file will replace old shutting down message.
  6. After the modification open cmd and type “mcbuilder” and hit the enter 
  7. All set congratulations you’ve successfully done the action.

How to add warning message in windows


if you are little lazy just download modified welcome message and also download modified shutting down message file.


Note in case of miss happening don't be panic here is the restore method download from here all original files and place everything their location.
wininit.exe.mui original file
winlogon.exe.mui original file.
